These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications between you and Trial Logic, the sole proprietorship trade name Chris Prader, an individual, personally operates under — not a separate incorporated business.
Trial Logic provides AI-assisted software development and data analytics consulting. If you text this number or reply to a message from it as a client or prospective client, Trial Logic may send you texts related to that conversation, including acknowledging your message, proposing times to talk, or a scheduling follow-up.
Texting is entirely voluntary. By texting this number, or by checking the consent box on the SMS Opt-In Privacy Policy page, you consent to receive text messages back at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, creating an account, or working with Trial Logic in any way — you can reach Trial Logic just as easily by emailing chris@thepraders.com or calling (407) 890-7820, with no texting or SMS consent required.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation. There are no scheduled or recurring sends.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
You can stop these texts at any time by replying STOP. You'll get a confirming message and then no further texts. To resume, just text the number again.
