This Privacy Policy explains how Trial Logic ("we," "us") handles information in connection with text messages sent to or from (407) 890-7820, and this page. It is informational — nothing in it requires or implies SMS consent.

Trial Logic is the sole proprietorship trade name Chris Prader, an individual, personally operates under — it is not a separate incorporated business. Trial Logic provides AI-assisted software development and data analytics consulting. You can reach Trial Logic at chris@thepraders.com.

Information you provide. When you text or call this number, we collect what you send directly — your phone number and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. Our phone carrier and messaging provider may log basic technical information (timestamps, delivery status) needed to send and receive messages reliably.

Service providers. We use a messaging platform (Twilio) to send and receive texts. They process message content solely to deliver it.

3How we use information

We use it to reply to you, keep track of a conversation we're having, and — when Chris isn't available to answer right away — to acknowledge your message, propose a time to talk, or pass your message and callback number along to Chris for follow-up.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It's shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else.

5How we share information

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the service provider that delivers these messages, when required by law, or with your direction.

6Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7Retention

We keep message information only as long as useful for the purposes above, after which it's deleted.

8Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to delete information we have about you by emailing chris@thepraders.com.

9Changes to this policy
